Can I assign more than one card to the same driver?

Yes, and in that case, you only need to invite him once. However, you will need to assign a plafond or balance to each card.

What are the payment methods for subscriptions?

You may use any valid payment method registered on your account, except direct debit, to pay for subscriptions. For prepayment wallets, you can even use the balance of your wallet as a payment method.

How will I receive my subscription payment invoices?

You will receive invoices by email and/or through the dashboard, through the subscriptions page.

What are the modalities for exporting invoices?

In all paid plans you will be able to export invoices with creation date of up to 6 months. Cumulative to this, in the Enterprise plan you will also be able to make bulk exports of your invoices, a functionality useful when you need to upload them to your accounting software or office.

What do I do if I want to unsubscribe?

To cancel your subscription, go to the home screen or the subscriptions page and click on “cancel subscription”. By doing this, you will be automatically transferred to the Free plan when the current subscription ends.

Can I change plans whenever I want?

Yes. After subscribing to one of our plans, you may notice that your needs are not being met (you need more or less) and, in this case, you can change the plan anytime. In case of an upgrade, over the new fee, you will have a discount, on the 1st month payment, proportional to the remaining days of the old plan. Instead, if you choose a downgrade, you can continue to enjoy your current plan until the end of its subscription, and only then the new one will be activated.

Which permissions levels are available?

Currently there are three levels of permissions: manager, who owns the account, administrators, who are guests who have write permissions, and readers, who are the guests who can only view the data present in the dashboard.

How many people will be able to access the dashboard and app?

There are two types of access in the miio fleet solution: access for drivers and for guests. Drivers only access the miio mobile application, they are the ones who have access to miio cards (physical or virtual) and the ones who make charging sessions. Guests only have access to the dashboard and are the ones who will help manage your fleet. Guests can have different permissions levels that englobe a combination of read or/and write operations available to perform over your fleet data. The maximum number of drivers and guests allowed varies according to your subscribed plan.

How does Customer Support work?

Customer support allows you to get in touch with our team to clarify any doubts or solve any problem. Depending on the subscribed plan, you can contact us by email (traditional customer support) or dedicated whatsapp (exclusive to the Enterprise plan). We are available from 9 am to 6 pm during working days.

Do I have to allocate a balance or a plafond to drivers every month?

No, you can activate the automatic renewal of balance or plafond for a given driver’s card. This way, every month on a pre-chosen day, a driver will have his balance or ceiling renewed, without any operational effort.

How can I match the finance balance with my drivers?

Now understanding drivers’ expenses is much easier. You will be able to see the consumption of each driver, by name, vehicle or even card. At the end of each month the driver will know how much he spent and the company too.

What benefits do the drivers of my fleet have?

Drivers, once invited and added to the fleet, will be able to see the cards (physical or virtual) they can use and know exactly what balance they have left to charge their vehicles.
